CT Group Organises Raincoat Distribution Drive for Police Personnel

Jalandhar, June 26, 2025: In a thoughtful gesture to support the frontline warriors who brave all weather conditions to ensure public safety, CT Group of Institutions organized a Raincoat Distribution Drive for police personnel stationed at some of the busiest chowks of Jalandhar.

Raincoats were distributed to traffic and duty officers posted at BMC Chowk, Guru Nanak Mission Chowk, Apeejay Chowk, BSF Chowk, and PAP Chowk — locations known for their high vehicular movement and footfall.

The initiative aimed at recognizing the dedication and round-the-clock service of the police department, especially during the monsoon season. Police personnel often have to perform their duties in harsh weather without proper rain protection. CT Group’s initiative was warmly appreciated by officers on duty who expressed gratitude for the timely and useful support.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Manbir Singh, Managing Director of CT Group said,
“This small contribution is a token of respect and gratitude for the tireless service of our police force. Rain or shine, they are on duty — and we believe it is our duty to stand by them.”

As part of its ongoing commitment to social responsibility, CT Group regularly engages in impactful community initiatives — from blood donation camps and health awareness drives to plantation campaigns and support for frontline workers. The raincoat distribution is another reflection of the institution's deep-rooted values of empathy, service, and social impact.
