Jalandhar, November 2, 2026: Some journeys are measured in years, while others are remembered through the lives they touch, the futures they shape and the people who build them. For CT Group, this journey represents over three decades of dedication, growth and career transformation, beginning in 1997.
Making this milestone truly special was the coming together of a remarkable group of people who have been associated with CT since its formative days. Principals who led the schools in their early years, directors who witnessed and contributed to the institution's growth, along with numerous senior members, teaching and non-teaching staff and supporting teams who have been part of the CT family for nearly 29 years, came together to mark this historic occasion. Their presence was a heartfelt acknowledgement of the people whose loyalty, dedication and years of service have helped shape CT's journey. It was a celebration not just of an institution's growth, but of the people who have grown with it.
What began in 1997 with the establishment of CT Education Society and the inception of CT Public School has steadily evolved into a diverse educational group comprising CT Public School, Maqsudan; CT World School, 66 Feet Road, Jalandhar; CT Group of Institutions at Maqsudan and Shahpur campuses; and CT University in Ludhiana, Punjab. From its beginnings in school education, the organisation has expanded across multiple disciplines and levels of learning, creating opportunities and transforming careers across generations.
Marking this significant milestone, CT Group unveiled its new logo, representing its evolving identity while remaining rooted in the legacy, values and vision that have guided the institution since its inception. The new visual identity reflects the organisation's journey so far and its aspirations for the future.
Charanjit Singh Channi, Chairman, CT Group, said, "When we began this journey in 1997, we had a vision to make quality education accessible and create opportunities for generations to come. Today, seeing how far CT has come fills me with immense gratitude and pride. This journey belongs to every person who has contributed to it — our educators, employees, students, parents and well-wishers. Many of our team members have stood with us for nearly three decades, and their dedication is as much a part of our legacy as our growth. The new logo is not about leaving our past behind; it is about carrying our values forward with renewed vision, greater aspirations and an unwavering commitment to shaping futures."
The ceremony witnessed the presence of Charanjit Singh Channi, Chairman, CT Group; Parminder Kaur, Co-Chairperson; Dr Manbir Singh, Managing Director; Harpreet Singh, Vice Chairman; Tanika Channi, Joint Managing Director; Advocate Manjinder Kaur, Co-Vice Chairman; and Dr Nitin Tandon, Executive Director. Campus directors, school principals, institutional heads, teachers, faculty members, administrative teams and non-teaching staff also joined the celebration, bringing together different generations of the CT fraternity.
The gathering celebrated not just the institution's growth but also the relationships, shared experiences and collective efforts that have sustained its journey. The presence of long-serving members made the occasion a meaningful tribute to the people behind the CT legacy.
As CT Group moves into its next chapter, the new logo stands as a symbol of continuity and progress — honouring where the journey began, recognising those who built it and embracing the opportunities that lie ahead.
