Jalandhar: CT Institute of Management & Information Technology, Maqsudan in association with CT University, Ludhiana and International Journal of Advance Study and Research organized its virtual 4th International Conference on Challenges & Opportunities in the Indian Ocean Rim Association (ICOIORA-2021). The event brought experts and delegates from different countries to take stock of current knowledge, share information, and build consensus on the actions most needed to move forward in the respective fields.

Prof Dr. Harsh Sadawari, Vice Chancellor, CT University welcomed the keynote speakers, delegates and presenters across the globe and outlined the aim and objectives of the conference. He also said we received papers from different universities throughout the globe.

Prof. Dr. Zeliha Selamoglu, Faculty of Medicine Nigde Ömer Halisdemir University, Turkey delivered the keynote address. She presented the insight into the challenges that chemical products poses for organizations in the future and how they should be utilized. She also highlighted the positive and negative impact of these chemicals on the future of Indian Ocean Rim and Marine life.

Dr. Elena Battaglini, Senior Scientist, Research Area on Regional Economics, Rome, Italy illustrated seven-step framework for a socially-engaged architecture and human-centred urbanism. She highlighted the unique perspective of designers and mainstream urbanistic culture. She also focused on empowering, strengthening, and transformative resilience.
Campus Director and Convener ICOIORA-2021 Dr. Jasdeep Kaur Dhami, delivered the vote of thanks to key note speakers, presenters, delegates, and one and all who contributed for the success of the conference.

Manbir Singh, Managing Director, CT Group said that academicians and post graduate students from various universities and institutions, working professionals, research scholars from industry and research & development organizations across the different countries participated in this one day conference and presented more than 50 research findings of their respective domains of knowledge and shared ideas and views.
