CT Group holds webinar on communication skills for Punjab Police
The major objective for holding this training session was to show them a clear picture of what people think about police department
Jalandhar: CT Group’s Center of Happiness has taken a step forward by providing online training to the frontline warriors of Punjab Police. A webinar was organised on Communication Skills in which HOD Center of Happiness and Deputy Director, Training and Counselling Amrit Kalsi enlightened senior Punjab Police officials from various zones over basic communication skills and how to deal this tough challenge of COVID-19 on a positive note.
She spoke at length by appreciating the efforts of these frontline warriors who have given their hundred percent by tackling this COVID effectively. Further, she threw light and trained them over basic communication and body language skills required while dealing with public at large. She explained the importance of smile and thought process by citing real time instances from their lives itself.
Elaborating about the webinar, Amrit Kalsi said, “The major objective for holding this training session was to show them a clear picture of what people think about police department and how we can work on ourselves in order to change the image. Hence, I trained them about the practise of extending gratitude to everyone including their attendants and public at large. Further I shared various examples where smile plays an important role while on duty. It was quite an interactive session.”
