CT Group holds interactive industry-academia interaction

Jalandhar, June 3, 2022: An interactive and brainstorming session was held at CT Group of Institutions, South Campus, Shahpur in which the industry moguls like Anurag Sondhi, MD F.C. Sondhi & Company India Pvt Ltd; Anuj Pasricha, Managing Director Standard Vinyls & Fibres and Saket Mahajan, Vice President, R K Mahajan Exports graced the occasion. They were received by Dr. Rahul Malhotra, Campus Director.  Dr. Jasdeep Kaur Dhami, Director Research and Planning who later gave an elaborate presentation reflecting various aspects of practical/ soft skill/ technical training, the machines, workshops and labs being used for practically based orientation of CTians.

An interface witnessed influx of dynamic ideas and strategies thus providing synapses for introspection of traditional academic framework, rejuvenating our practical approach, understanding industrial / corporate needs closely and work on the area of concerns. It was quite a promising and mutually nourishing session attended by think tank of the CT Group of Institutions.
Campus Director Dr. Rahul Malhotra said, “The leading industrialists provided with their first hand experiences, practical ordeals, valuable inputs and honest feedback which shall be quite helpful and instrumental teachers and trainers to introspect the scenario with better insights.”

The concluding remarks were given by Dr. Anupamdeep Sharma, Dean Academics.  He said, “Such an Industry-Academia association shall bring the much needed socio-economic evolution, critical skill oriented metamorphosis in academia and sustainable development by eagerly working on feedbacks provided through the interactive series of programs, follow ups, feedbacks and brainstorming sessions.”
