CT Group holds an online workshop on Entrepreneurship: Skills, Talent or Mindset

Jalandhar: CT Group of Institutions, South Campus, Shahpur has organized an online workshop on Entrepreneurship: Skills, Talent or Mindset? in which Gagan Arora, an Entrepreneur, business consultant with Dr. Vivek Bindra and content writer enlightened the knowledge of the students from various streams about the concept of being an entrepreneur.

The objective of the workshop was to know how entrepreneurship is a result of skills, talent or mindset of the person and how it is different from a business. More than 235 participants attended the workshop.

The speaker Gagan quoted many real life examples to make the participants understand the viewpoint of entrepreneurship in a better manner. He talked about the difference between business and entrepreneurship along with the importance of customer needs. He said that an entrepreneur has the risk bearing capacity in them and should oversee all the components to set up an enterprise.

Later, the speaker also shared his own professional journey as an example to make the participants realize how the things happen in one’s life. He even talked that failure is the part of the journey to become an entrepreneur.

Manbir Singh, CT Group Managing Director and Vansh Raheja, Manager, Centre for Career Planning and Counseling said that these kind of workshops are indeed needed to give a new point to the students and searching the profitable opportunities not only for personal growth but also contribute towards the economic growth of the nation as well.
