CREDAI Property Expo 2015, inaugurated on Friday at Parade Ground Sector 17 Chandigarh.
Chandigarh, December 18, 2015: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) Punjab , the apex body for Real Estate Developers of the region today opened CREDAI Property Expo 2015 at Parade Ground Sector 17 Chandigarh .
The three day property show ie from 18 to 20 December 2015 has brought together realtors, consultants and financial institutions from across the city to exhibit advances in the real estate sector under a single umbrella. The event presents integrated townships, Apartment complexes, Gated communities of Apartments and villas. The show has participation of all leading Developers and other stakeholders of the Tricity region . The Property Show is showcasing diverse properties suiting every requirement and budget by the developers providing consumers a chance to get the best options for home solutions in the Tricity. Information on housing loan options and how to avail the same will also be available at the exhibition. The Property show has also introduced exciting offers from developers. The show is expected to have a turnout of 50,000 visitors this year.
The event today was formally inaugurated by CREDAI All India President Getamber Anand and NK Sharma CPS Govt of Punjab .
Speaking on the occasion Mr. Getamber Anand, All India President, CREDAI said, “Chandigarh Mohali Panchkula & Surroundings have witnessed rapid urbanization with over 3 million people inhibiting the city and is on the threshold of an exciting phase of development and will witness tremendous growth in the next few years. The CREDAI Property Expo 2015 will showcase the best properties from the region. The Show is providing a platform to consultants, vendors and many other players with a unique and potential avenue for tremendous business opportunities. We are confident that the show will uplift the sentiment and fuel the demand of the real estate sector in Tricity”
Speaking on the occasion Mr. Kulwant Singh President CREDAI Punjab said, “Tricity region has seen a gradual and certain increase in residential demand and absorption over the past few years. Considering the current demand and supply situation in the realty sphere, CREDAI Punjab is conducting its Property Show. The show is an excellent opportunity to the real estate sector players to exhibit their projects & create higher visibility in the eyes of the general public."
Adding to this Mr. Amardeep Hira General Secretary CREDAI Punjab said “The developers in this region have pioneered several initiatives to set benchmarks nationally in optimizing costs and delivering the latest and best quality products to customers at an affordable price. CREDAI Punjab has been at the forefront in working closely with the Government to introduce progressive reforms.
