Chandigarh, August 15, 2026: Chandigarh Power Distribution Limited (CPDL) celebrated the 80th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervour at Division 3 office in Sector 19. The celebrations brought together CPDL officials and employees to mark the occasion and celebrate the spirit of freedom and national pride.
The national flag was unfurled by CPDL CEO Brajesh Kumar, followed by the National Anthem.
Addressing the gathering, the CEO extended his warm wishes to all employees and their families and highlighted the importance of working together towards the common goals of the organisation.
He emphasised the need to continuously strive for customer service and satisfaction, operational safety and excellence, while also focusing on other key organisational priorities.
CEO appreciated the dedication and efforts of CPDL employees in ensuring reliable power services to the residents of Chandigarh and urged everyone to continue working with commitment, responsibility and a strong sense of public service.
