CPDL again Extends Financial Support of Rs 25 Lakh to Family of Deceased Employee

In a gesture of compassion and support, CPDL has extended financial assistance of Rs 25 lakh to the bereaved family of Daulat Singh who passed away on 24th April at the age of 55 after a prolonged illness. The cheque has been handed over to the family to provide financial stability during this difficult time.

Chandigarh, May 15, 2026: In a gesture of compassion and support, CPDL has extended financial assistance of Rs 25 lakh to the bereaved family of Daulat Singh who passed away on 24th April at the age of 55 after a prolonged illness. The cheque has been handed over to the family to provide financial stability during this difficult time.
Earlier, CPDL had provided financial assistance of Rs 25 lakh to Kaka Singh a lineman who had passed away due to prolonged illness.
Daulat Singh was serving as a Meter Reader in Sub Division No.2 and was known for his sincere service and dedication. The management of CPDL conveyed heartfelt condolences and assured full support to the family.
Expressing condolences, Arun Kumar Verma, Director CPDL stated, "We are deeply saddened by the loss of our valued employee. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of Daulat Singh. CPDL stands firmly with them in this hour of grief and remains committed to supporting our employees and their families in every possible way."
