Covid vaccination programme started in DMCH

Ludhiana: Amid a long waiting for the last one year, Covid Vaccination Programme introduced by Government of India was finally started with all proper precautions and arrangements in Main Reception area of   Hero DMCH Heart Institute.

Secretary of DMCH Managing Society Prem Kumar Gupta congratulated the Government of India for creating a history today by successfully implementing COVID Vaccination Programme throughout the nation and also acknowledged the contribution of the State Government under ‘Mission Fateh’. The function was marked by the presence of Punjab State Cabinet Minister Bharat Bhushan Aashu along with Deputy Commissioner Virendar Kumar Sharma and Police Commissioner Rakesh Aggarwal along with other senior administrative and police officials.  

Vice Principal and Chief Cardiologist of HDHI-Dr GS Wander along with Dr Bishav Mohan, Medical Supdt. of HDHI was among the first list of beneficiaries of this COVID Vaccination Programme in DMCH. In his message Dr Bishav Mohan assured the people not to get panic and come forward to get themselves vaccinated against COVID.

There was a lot of enthusiasm among the health care workers of DMCH and Hero DMC Heart Institute people which got themselves vaccinated against COVID.
