Countdown begins for law aspirants in PU

Chandigarh, April 6, 2015: Only nine days are left to apply for admission to the B.A/B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.) Five years integrated courses at Panjab University (PU), Chandigarh. April 15 is the last date to apply at five year Law course at University Institute of Legal Studies (UILS), PU Campus and its regional centres at Hoshiarpur and Ludhiana.

Prospectus and application form for the entrance test CET-UG 2015 is available on website http://uglaw.puchd.ac.in. 

PU Spokesman said that the admissions would be based on CET-UG 2015 and the marks in Qualifying Examination (+2). Entrance test would each carry 50 percent weight-age. The entrance test CET-UG 2015 would be conducted on May 16, 2015 at Chandigarh. 

Apart from foreign nationals/NRIs, there are 120 seats each in B.A. LL.B.(Hons.) 5 years integrated course and B.Com LL.B.(Hons.) 5 years integrated course at UILS PU Campus.

There are 87 seats of B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) 5 year integrated course at UILS, PU Regional Centre, Ludhiana. There are 60 open seats in B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) at UILS, Swami Sarvanand Giri, PU Regional Centre Hoshiarpur. 

Last date for submission of online application to generate bank challan is April 15, 2015 and last date for submission of fee in any branch of SBI is April 17, 2015 up to 4 PM. The last date for submission of the fee details and uploading of photographs, signature with rest of information on the website is April 21, 2015. E-Admit Cards would be available on the website on May 4, 2015. He informed that there will be no physical communication for the purpose.
