The meeting commenced with a two-minute silence to pay tribute to the late former Chief Minister, Chaudhary Bhajan Lal. All legislators remembered the late Bhajan Lal and paid their respects to him.

Furthermore, a response has been submitted to the notice issued by the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly concerning the holding of a "symbolic session" outside the Assembly premises; no further response has been received from the Speaker's office since then.

During this meeting, the party's upcoming programs and initiatives will be announced. In the interim, the Congress party intends to reach out to "every single citizen" to address all public grievances, as every section of society is currently suffering immensely due to the policies and actions of the current government.
