Complaint numbers issued by PSPCL in view of paddy season

Ludhiana: In view of the paddy season starting in the month of June, Punjab State Power Corporation Limited has decided to provide uninterrupted power supply to millions of power consumers and farmers for sowing crops and resolve all grievances related to the power department immediately. Toll free numbers 18001801512 are going to be launched from 1 June.
Daljit Inder Pal Singh Grewal, Chief Engineer, Ludhiana Central Zone said that keeping in view the paddy season, another toll free number has been issued for the immediate redressal of grievances. He said that due to the busy schedule of the first complaint number of the power department, the online number has been issued for the convenience of the power consumers and farmers.
Chief Engineer Grewal said that the power workers have been directed to immediately resolve the complaints received on the above complaint numbers on the same day. Chief Engineer Grewal said that from June 1, the facility to register a complaint through miss call on the online complaint number would be introduced.
He said that keeping in view the hot, rainy and stormy weather, an additional call center would be set up at Mohali for four months from 1 June to register complaints. 
Chief Engineer Grewal said that Chaura Bazar Grid Location would be started soon in Ludhiana and besides, there was an existing call center in Janta Nagar, Ludhiana. The special team has been directed to solve this problem within 24 hours and provide uninterrupted power to the farmers for planting paddy.

Chief Engineer Grewal said that in order to provide security to the electrical workers going to the field for redressal of grievances, they have been equipped with safety kits and modern equipments. The concerned electricity customer can lodge a complaint on the number of nodal center designated by the power department.
