COMMEMORATION OF 1965 INDO-PAK WAR-HONOURING THE HEROES AND INSPIRING THE NATION

Ludhiana, August 8, 2025: On Friday, a special event was held to commemorate the 1965 Indo-Pak War and honour the brave soldiers who defended the nation with courage and sacrifice. The ceremony began with the national flag hoisting and a wreath-laying at the war memorial. War veterans, military officials, and families of the fallen heroes gathered to pay tribute. Emotional speeches by retired officers highlighted the bravery and unity shown during the war.
As part of the commemoration, cadets visited the Dholewal Military Complex, where they saw a display of military equipment used during the war. The exhibition included tanks, artillery, uniforms, and other historic items, helping the cadets understand the strength and dedication of the armed forces. The program ended with a candlelight vigil and a moment of silence in memory of the martyrs. This commemoration not only honoured the past but also inspired the younger generation to carry forward the spirit of patriotism and national pride.
The cadets felt truly inspired by the experience, which filled them with pride and motivated them to serve the nation with the same dedication and courage.
