Mumbai: After cracking the recipe for a successful run and winning viewers’ hearts, COLORS’ ‘Mannat Har Khushi Paane Ki’ is all set to unfold an exciting new chapter with Tanvi Dogra and Namik Paul stepping in as the new leads. The story follows two fiercely independent individuals whose contrasting worlds collide through food. Mannat Juneja (Tanvi Dogra), who runs her family’s Viraat Da Dhaba, believes food is rooted in authenticity, love and memories, while Kabir Oberoi (Namik Paul), the owner of upscale fine-dining restaurant Mezbaani, champions precision, innovation and perfection. Raised in a middle-class Punjabi family, Mannat sees the dhaba as more than a business; it is a cherished legacy inherited from her father Surinder, carrying her family’s memories and dreams, even as she grapples with guilt and strives to live up to her mother’s faith. Adopted into a wealthy family, Kabir has built his identity around ambition, discipline and loyalty to those who gave him a home, but beneath his polished exterior lies a complicated past and guilt over a tragedy that shattered Mannat’s family. As Viraat Da Dhaba’s earthy warmth clashes with Mezbaani’s polished excellence, their battle of cuisines, ambitions and egos sparks sharp banter, unexpected chemistry and a growing connection. As Mannat and Kabir navigate their rivalry, will their differences become the very thing that brings them closer, or will the truths they carry threaten to tear them apart? Starring Tanvi Dogra as Mannat Juneja and Namik Paul as Kabir Oberoi along with Kishori Shahane as Sarika Oberoi and Supriya Shukla as Jolly Juneja, and produced by Mukta Dhond’s Malhar Productions, this new chapter of 'Mannat Har Khushi Paane Ki' premieres on the 27th of October and thereafter airs daily at 7:30 PM, only on COLORS and JioHotstar.
Speaking about playing Mannat Juneja, Tanvi Dogra shares, “It is an absolute honour to step into the title role of a show that audiences have already welcomed into their homes and hearts. Actors Ayesha Singh and Adnan Khan have laid a beautiful foundation for Mannat Har Khushi Paane Ki, and I salute the love, hard work and sincerity they have brought to their characters. As we take the story forward, I feel both thrilled and responsible about carrying that legacy ahead and hope to make this new chapter memorable in new ways for viewers.”
Speaking about playing Kabir Oberoi, Namik Paul adds, “To be trusted with this special story that viewers waited for every day feels like a great validation. Kudos to Ayesha Singh and Adnan Khan for the foundation they have built with Mannat Har Khushi Paane Ki, giving the audience a romance they can root for. I hope Tanvi and I carry this baton ahead in a way that honours their contribution while giving audiences new reasons to connect with the show. I'm looking forward to viewers discovering how the story they have loved evolves into a chapter of two individuals protecting what matters most to them, even as love, rivalry and the past begin to complicate their lives.”
