College of Physiotherapy, CMC conducted sports meet 2019

Ludhiana, May 6, 2019: A sports meet was organized for students of College of Physiotherapy, Christian Medical College & Hospital Ludhiana in college campus ground. In this almost all the students participated in various games and sports events. The opening ceremony was graced by our worthy director Dr.William Bhatti and Medical Superintendent Dr.Anil Luther. It comprised of a cultural dance performance by students. Dr.William Bhatti emphasized importance of sports among students as they can promote fitness and wellness among society. It is also one way to suppress non communicable diseases which is spreading among the masses in an alarming rate.
Dr. Sandeep Singh Saini (Principal, College of Physiotherapy) appreciated the work of student council organization and gave a message to students that sports play a very important role in our lives as it helps us to understand basic rules of life and teaches us essential values of peaceful coexistence.
