College of Physiotherapy organised World Physiotherapy Day 2021

Ludhiana, September 8, 2021: On the occasion of world Physiotherapy day College of Physiotherapy observed an event to mark its importance.. It’s the day to recognise the work and raise awareness about physiotherapy’s crucial role to keep people safe, mobile and healthy. The programme was started with the word of prayer by Rev. Alex Peter followed by lamp lightening ceremony by all administrators of CMCL. The event was inaugurated by Dr William Bhatti Director CMC&H Ludhiana. Dr William discussed about the importance of Physiotherapy in Covid. and its long term rehabilitation. The welcome address presented  by Dr Sandeep Singh, Principal College of Physiotherapy, which was very motivate and inspiring. Among the gathering there were Faculty members from various clinical, para-clinical superspeciality, Dental and Nursing department and students of all five colleges
of CMCL. The students of college of Physiotherapy presented a beautiful cultural play to spread awareness and the importance of physiotherapist in the covid and post covid rehabilitation (how they can promote health and wellness in the society). The students were even honoured for their University academic achievements by the Director and Principal. The vote of thanks was proposed by Dr Mullai. S.
