College of Nursing, CMC, Ludhiana celebrates Alumni Day

Ludhiana, March 22, 2017: College of Nursing, CMC, Ludhiana celebrated Alumni Day on 22nd March, 2016. The Initiation Ceremony was started by word of prayer followed by presentation of mementos and badges to the new members. Prof.(Mrs.) Ponnamma R.Singh, Principal welcomed and introduced the Chief Guest, Dr.(Mrs.) Kanwal Jit Gill. The Chief Guest went down the memory lane and remembered her golden days at College of Nursing, CMC. Some of the eminent guests were Dr.Abraham G.Thomas, Director CMC, Rev.Bill Virgin, Governing Board member, Mrs. Edith Maggie Noel alumni of 1945 Batch. Senior Nurses Mrs. Sheila Paul, Mrs. Neena Wilson, Mr. Anil Edward, Mrs. Margaret Das and Mrs. Alveena Paul were awarded for their 25 years of dedicated services to the institution. Prof.(Mrs.) Seema Barnabas, President, Alumni Association laid the importance of the Alumni Association. On the occasion Alumni News Letter was also released. The programme ended with variety of entertainment. The scientific session on “Health Assessment in Nursing” was chaired by Prof.(Mrs.) Seema Barnabas.
