CMR Group of Institutions Celebrates International Women’s Day

CMR Group of Institutions celebrated International Women’s Day with great pomp and show on 8th March. The event was filled with celebrations and activities to
empower and recognize women from all walks of life.

The event featured various cultural programs, including dance performances, songs, stand-up
comedy, and other performances, which showcased the talents and creativity of women. The
program was attended by a large number of students, faculty members, and staff, who came
together to celebrate the spirit of womanhood.

Speaking at the event, Dr. B Narasimha Murthy, Vice Principal of CMRIT, delivered the closing
remarks, highlighting the importance of women’s contribution to society and the need to
empower them. He emphasized the need for women to be given equal opportunities and called
for the eradication of gender discrimination in all its forms.
