CM speaking blatant lies despite holding a constitutional post: Arvind Khanna
AAP indulging in false propaganda against BJP, says Arvind Khanna

Chandigarh, August 24: Senior Punjab BJP leader and former MLA Arvind Khanna today accused the Aam Aadmi Party government of resorting to false propaganda against the BJP, claiming it has “no substantive issue left to connect with the people”.
In a statement here, Khanna said the AAP had misled voters with “false guarantees” before the Assembly polls but failed to deliver on promises made to women, farmers, traders and youth. “Having nothing to showcase, the party is now trying to hide its failures by targeting the BJP with fabricated allegations,” he alleged.
Khanna accused Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann of “misleading people” by claiming that the Centre had cut ration card benefits. “The truth is that the Punjab Government has failed to provide facilities as promised,” he said.
He further alleged that the state government was curbing democratic rights by stopping BJP leaders’ meetings and “forcibly arresting party workers”. “Silencing voices cannot hide the truth. The people have realised AAP’s incompetence and are ready to teach it a lesson,” he added.
