CM Nayab Saini to Flag off “Nasha Mukt Haryana Marathon” on Sep 17
Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta said that Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini will participate in various programs in Rohtak on 17th September. He informed that on 17th September at 6 AM, a Nasha Mukt Haryana Marathon will be organized from Subhash Chowk, which will be flagged off by the Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini. The Deputy Commissioner has urged the residents of the district to participate in large numbers in the marathon.

Rohtak, September 14, 2025: Deputy Commissioner Sachin Gupta said that Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini will participate in various programs in Rohtak on 17th September. He informed that on 17th September at 6 AM, a Nasha Mukt Haryana Marathon will be organized from Subhash Chowk, which will be flagged off by the Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini. The Deputy Commissioner has urged the residents of the district to participate in large numbers in the marathon.
DC Sachin Gupta further said that CM Nayab Singh Saini will also launch Cleanliness Drive from Subhash Chowk. At the program to be organized at Subhash Chowk, famous Haryanvi artist Amit Saini Rohtakia will give a musical performance. A song sung by Amit Saini Rohtakia dedicated to cleanliness will also be launched on this occasion. Apart from this, U-20 Wrestling World Champion Savita, Junior Asian Wrestling Championship 2025 gold medalist Neha Sharma, and Suhana Saini, who won three gold medals in the World Table Tennis Championship, will also participate in the marathon.
The Deputy Commissioner informed that a program under Healthy Women, Empowered Families will be organized at Tagore Auditorium, MDU. Union Health Minister J.P. Nadda and CM Nayab Singh Saini will attend the event. An exhibition and a blood donation camp will also be organized at the venue. He further said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s live program will also be shown during the event. After this, a state-level Vishwakarma Jayanti program will be organized at the New Grain Market.
DC Sachin Gupta held a meeting with officials in the Mini Secretariat auditorium regarding the above programs of 17th September. Necessary directions were issued to ensure the success of the events. After the meeting, DC Sachin Gupta inspected the venues and reviewed the preparations, issuing directions to the concerned officers.
On this occasion, Municipal Commissioner Dr. Anand Sharma, Additional Deputy Commissioner Narendra Kumar, ASP YVR Shashi Shekhar, SDM Sampla Utsav Anand, RTA Secretary Virender Singh Dhull, Rohtak SDM Ashish Kumar, MD of Rohtak Cooperative Sugar Mills Shweta Suhag, City Magistrate Ankit Kumar, GM Transport Vipin Kumar, OSD to Divisional Commissioner Shubham, Civil Surgeon Dr. Ramesh Chandra Arya, along with other senior administrative officers were present.
