Chandigarh, January 25, 2014: In a bid to give fillip to the investment promotion in the state, the Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal today gave his nod for nominating three eminent Technical experts and five representatives of Industry, Trade and Commerce as the Board of Governors (BoG) in the newly constituted Punjab Bureau of investment Promotion.
Disclosing this here today a spokesperson of the Chief Minister’s Office said that Mr. Badal cleared the file this morning. The spokesperson further said that while former Director PGIMER Dr. KK Talwar, Vice Chairman DLF Gurgoan Mohit Gujral and Dean Indian School of Business Hyderabad Ajit Ragnekar have been nominated as the three technical experts in the BoG, Chairman of CII Punjab State Council and Chairman of PHDCI (both ex-officio) besides Chairman of Trident Group Rajinder Gupta, Chairman and Managing Director of Bector Foods Rajani Bector and Vice Chairman Nahar Industrial Group Kamal Oswal had been nominated as representatives of Industry, Trade and Commerce in BoG of Punjab Bureau of Investment Promotion.
