CJM Himanshu Arora new DLSA secretary
The Punjab and Haryana High Court has appointed Chief Judicial Magistrate Himanshu Arora as Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Ludhiana.

Ludhiana, May 1, 2026: The Punjab and Haryana High Court has appointed Chief Judicial Magistrate Himanshu Arora as Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA). He assumed the charge today. Prior to joining here he served as Secretary at Muktsar Legal Services Authority.
Earlier he also worked as Judicial Magistrate at Ludhiana for three years. Arora asserted that his primary goal was to ensure speedy justice through Lok-Adalat, mediation centre. Efforts would be made to ensure that the beneficial schemes of the legal services authority must reach the needy section of society. He also urged the people to actively participate in the upcoming national Lok Adalat on May 9.
