CIPHET Abohar, inauguration ceremony of Regional Center organised

Ludhiana, June 21, 2023: The Horticulture and Crop Processing Division of CIPHET Abohar has been upgraded to Regional Centre CIPHET Abohar. A stakeholder meeting was organized to mark the inauguration of the centre. 
The Regional Centre was inaugurated by Chief Guest Dr. SN Jha, Deputy Director General Agricultural Engineering, Indian Council of Agricultural Research, New Delhi and Guest of Honor Dr. Nachiket Kotwaliwale, Director CIPHET Ludhiana. 
During this program, Dr. Anil Sangwan Director and Dr. Anil Kamra PAU, Regional Research Centre Abohar and in-charge of CIPHET Regional Centre Abohar Dr. Ramesh Kumar, In-charge KVK Dr. Rupendra Kaur, Scientist Dr. Mahesh Kumar Samota and all officers and employees of Regional Center Gana was present. Under this meeting, entrepreneurs and progressive farmers and women of self-help groups associated with CIPHET Abohar and Krishi Vigyan Kendra participated, and information was given about the research being done by CIPHET. 
On this occasion multiple issues were discussed and addressed.
