CII Ludhiana Zone organised Session on Navigating Through Current Labour Laws & Harmonious Workplace Practices

Ludhiana, August 5, 2023: CII Ludhiana Zone organised a highly informative session on Navigating Through Current Labour Laws, featuring distinguished speaker Advocate Puneet Gupta, a renowned expert in Labour Laws and policy advocacy. The event took place at the premises of Kangaro Industries Limited providing valuable insights into the crucial role of effective IR practices in contemporary workplaces. 

Rishi Pahwa, Chairman, CII, Ludhiana Zone and JMD Avon Cycles Limited shared his valuable tips and practical advice for creating a positive work culture, fostering employee development, and adhering to the ever-changing regulatory landscape in business.

Advocate Puneet Gupta, an expert in the field of Labour Laws and IR Policies, delivered an insightful and engaging address. His expertise in navigating complex legalities and optimizing IR strategies provided the audience with a comprehensive understanding of best practices in creating harmonious workplaces. The Session delved into a range of topics, including compliance with labour laws, Fixed Term Employment and Best Practices to ensure at the workplaces.
