CII Ludhiana Zone Organised Interactive Session – Industry Institute Interface (ICube)

Ludhiana, July 14, 2023: CII Ludhiana Zone Organised Interactive Session – Industry Institute Interface (ICube) for their members in collaboration with Punjab Pollution Control Board and Thapar University at Avon Cycles Ltd, premises today wherein around 50 plus CII members attended the same. 

In the opening remarks, Rishi Pahwa, Chairman, CII, Ludhiana Zone and JMD Avon Cycles Limited welcomed the Chief Guests Prof. (Dr.) Adarsh Pal Vig, Chairman, PPCB and Er. G. S. Majithia, Member Secretary, PPCB. Rishi Pahwa also welcomed the Guest of Honours of our today’s event Dr. Anoop Verma, Co-founder, ICube, Er. Pardeep Gupta, Chief Engineer, PPCB Ludhiana and Pankaj Sharma, Member PPCB.

Pahwa shared his thoughts in welcome addressed, about the initiative of Industry Institute Interface (ICube) and technical/ environmental challenges faced by the industry and the benefits of the Single window solution for all technical/ environmental challenges through ICube. 

Dr. Anoop Verma, Co-founder, ICube briefed on Industry Institute Interface (ICube) and solution mechanism of all technical/ environmental challenges to all CII members and answered all the queries.

Prof. (Dr.) Adarsh Pal Vig, Chairman PPCB appreciated initiative of CII Ludhiana Zone and interacted one to one with all CII Ludhiana Zone Members. Dr. Vig explained that this joint endeavour aimed to provide a scientific solution by Researchers/ Scientists/ Professors from top premier Institutes to various technical/ environment challenges faced by the industries.

Er. G. S. Majithia, Member Secretary, PPCB also shared his view with all members and listened to the suggestions and challenges of the members.

Amit Thapar, Chairman Northern Region, shared that such sessions should be organised more often since these knowledgeable sessions helped the industry members and appreciated the initiatives of PPCB.

Randeep Bhogal from M/S Bhogal Sales Corporation &, Convenor, CII Ludhiana Zone apprised about benefits of the Icube and extended vote of thanks to all present.

PPCB Ludhiana Team members were also present including Er. Paramjeet Singh, SE-ZO1, PPCB, Er. Ravinder Bhatti, Engineer - RO2, Er. Atul Kaushal, AEE- RO2, PPCB, Ludhiana.
