Ludhiana, February 7, 2023: A CICU’s YBLF industrial delegation consisting of 45 young entrepreneurs interacted with Umesh Munjal, Managing Director, Highway Industries Limited during their plant visit.
Upkar Singh Ahuja, President, CICU mentioned that this special plant visit was planned for Young Entrepreneurs to create awareness of the latest industrial culture in the industry, which will help them to grow their business.
Umesh Munjal, Managing Director, Highway Industries Limited gave a brief introduction of their company. He said that CICU is doing a great job toward polishing the young entrepreneur by organizing such industrial activities. He also emphasized that to be successful Businessmen, they should create a good culture in the industry like transparency, motivate the workers, training, rewards for their work, on-time delivery and payments to the vendors etc.
The company's HODs assisted young business leaders to understand the process of manufacturing through the company round. Shailendra Agarwal, Plant Head, Naveen Verma, Sr. GM HR, Rajiv Sachar, Yograj Sharma, Design and development Head, Rajbir Singh, Maintenance Head and others shared their experiences with all of them.
Didarjit Singh and Mandeep Singh thanked Munjal for the opportunity to interaction and plant visit.
