CICU-YBLF Members visit of Vardhman Special Steels Ltd

Ludhiana: Upkar Singh Ahuja, President addressed the YBLF and GAME co-hosts for keeping the high spirits up and also advised to take advantage of the plant visit & implement the work culture in their firm for reaping maximum benefit out of it. He also mentioned that a Young Business leader is a key pillar to our nation & for Indian economy. The main objective to visit this plant to upgrade the young entrepreneur with new ideas, strategies, new innovation and adopt new systems in their units.  
Sachit Jain, MD-Vardhaman Special Steel Ltd. shared to the budding entrepreneurs about the Delegate their works to their employees and start trusting people with a good respected relation. He emphasized on the Mental as well as Physical health of their employees and think about their well beings. He also added that an entrepreneurs should spend less time in office and more focused on the development of Employee-Employer relation. He also added, if you earn respect of your employee, he will work for you with his heart, soul, & pure intentions. The New cost saving ideas’ can also be generated through their employees. He also shared his experience of Baddi plant of Vardhman Textiles for establishing a well-organized culture of working in short time.
