Ludhiana, November 20, 2025: The Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings (CICU) successfully conducted a one-day training program on Artificial Intelligence in Business Operations, focusing on key themes such as AI-driven process automation, predictive analytics, decision intelligence systems, and industry-specific AI case studies.
The program witnessed an overwhelming response, with more than 60 participants from diverse industrial sectors. Attendees showed keen interest in CICU’s upcoming AI Certification Courses, scheduled to commence on 1st December.
During the session, CICU also showcased the capabilities of its state-of-the-art AI Innovation Lab—equipped with next-generation technology to support both industry and academia in gaining hands-on exposure to advanced AI tools and practical applications.
Addressing the participants, Upkar Singh Ahuja, President, CICU, highlighted the latest AI techniques being adopted across Ludhiana’s manufacturing ecosystem. He emphasized that AI-driven innovations are significantly transforming operational efficiency, quality control, and strategic decision-making in industries.
He further reiterated that CICU remains deeply committed to empowering industry through continuous skill development, technology upgradation, and specialized training initiatives aimed at enhancing competitiveness and future readiness.
