In a significant initiative aimed at empowering industries with the latest technological advancements, the Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings (CICU), in association with the Young Business Leaders Forum (YBLF) and JCI Ludhiana Central, successfully organised a full-day intensive workshop on “AI Business Breakthrough” at the CICU Complex, Focal Point, Ludhiana.

Ludhiana, May 21, 2026: In a significant initiative aimed at empowering industries with the latest technological advancements, the Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings (CICU), in association with the Young Business Leaders Forum (YBLF) and JCI Ludhiana Central, successfully organised a full-day intensive workshop on “AI Business Breakthrough” at the CICU Complex, Focal Point, Ludhiana. The highly engaging session witnessed participation from more than 200 entrepreneurs, industrialists, exporters, professionals, and business executives from across Punjab.
The workshop was conducted by renowned AI Expert, TEDx Speaker, and Founder of CEOTBOX, Sanjeev Jain, who delivered an insightful and practical learning experience on how Artificial Intelligence is rapidly transforming the business landscape globally.
The session focused on practical implementation of AI tools for business growth, automation, productivity enhancement, customer engagement, export development, HR management, and operational efficiency. Participants were introduced to several trending AI applications and business automation tools that can help MSMEs reduce dependency on manpower, streamline operations, improve decision-making, and achieve scalable growth.
Throughout the day, the workshop remained highly interactive, with participants actively engaging in live demonstrations, practical exercises, and discussions on real-world applications of AI in manufacturing, exports, marketing, finance, administration, and customer service.
The event was made possible through the dedicated efforts of the Young Business Leaders Forum (YBLF), particularly Nikhil Dhand, whose leadership and continuous coordination played a vital role in successfully conceptualising and executing the event. Members of the YBLF team worked tirelessly to ensure meaningful industry participation and smooth conduct of the workshop.
Speaking on the occasion, Upkar Singh Ahuja, President, CICU, congratulated the entire YBLF team for organising such a futuristic and impactful initiative for the industrial fraternity. He stated:

He further added that CICU has consistently been working towards bringing awareness, training, and practical industry-oriented knowledge to entrepreneurs and industrial units across the state. He emphasised that the organisation would continue to organise similar knowledge-based sessions to strengthen the industrial ecosystem of Punjab.

Participants appreciated the practical approach adopted during the workshop, where they were encouraged to use laptops and implement AI tools in real time. Several attendees described the workshop as “eye-opening” and “highly relevant” for modern business operations.
The session also highlighted how AI can assist exporters in international marketing, customer communication, documentation, lead generation, and market research. Manufacturers were guided on the use of AI in production planning, quality management, HR systems, inventory tracking, and predictive maintenance.
The successful conduct of the event once again reinforced CICU’s commitment towards strengthening industries through innovation, skill development, and technology adoption.
