CICU HR Committee organized Interactive Training Session on Art of Influencing Others

Ludhiana, November 15, 2022: Upkar Singh Ahuja, President, Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU) said that the CICU HR core Committee is working to upgrade the culture of HR in Industry. an Interactive training Session on the Art of Influencing Others for Human Resource Professionals was organized and more than 30 Human Resource Professionals from all over Ludhiana attended the session with full enthusiasm.

Dr. Deepak Jain, AVP, Avon Cycles Limited and Head – of the HR Core Committee of CICU said in his concluding remarks that without the ability to influence others, one’s will to turn vision into reality remains an obscure dream as one can’t do everything alone. In senior-level or executive roles, influence is focused more on steering long-range objectives, inspiration, and motivation. This predominantly means that the ability to influence peers as well as superiors and subordinates is a crucial part of working in a team.

This interactive session was conducted by Rishabh Sharma, a life skill coach and Corporate Trainer, C.T University Deputy, director with rich experience of more than 18 years in many corporates and institutions. He has conducted many Behavioral training programs for corporate and educational institutions in the past.

Many HR professionals including B. R. Pillai- Programme Coordinator, Shubinder Moudgil, Aarti Steel Ltd, Ripti, Puneet Jain, S D Yadav, Devansh Jain, Davinder Singh with many HR professionals attended this session. They appreciated the initiative taken by the CICU HR Core Committee to improve and upgrade the Personal & Professional skills of HR Professionals.
