CICU HR Committee organized Interactive Session on Appointment, Recruitment & Termination of Employment

Ludhiana, April 22, 2023: An interactive Session on Appointment, Recruitment & Termination of Employment for Human Resource Professionals was organised at CICU Complex, Ludhiana on 21st April,2023 and more than 45 Professionals from different industries attended the session.

This interactive session was conducted by Adv. Pardeep Kumar Arora, (PK Arora Legal Consultancy), Ludhiana. He is rendering legal and advisory service in a focused manner in the fields of Labour, Civil, Criminal, Banking, Recovery, DRT and all type of corporate cases. 

Puneet Jain, Deputy Manager- Human Resource, Happy Forgings Limited, Program Co-ordinator welcomed the audience and speaker.

Dr. Deepak Jain, AVP, Corporate Office, Avon Cycles Limited and Head -HR Core Committee of CICU said in his opening remarks that hiring process from appointment to termination can save your time. A streamlined process, which is easy to navigate, an established procedures can help to ensure the hiring process is both fair and transparent. Workers are assured they won’t have to face any type of discrimination and they will have the assurance that their personal information is kept private.

Upkar Singh Ahuja, President, Chamber of Industrial Undertaking (CICU) said In his closing remarks that CICU HR Core Committee is working to upgrade the Culture of HR Industry. This topic is very essential, he recommended that all industry should follow labour laws religiously and HR professional should make a healthy relationship between employee and employer.
