CICU HR Committee organised Interactive Session on Emotional Intelligence 2.0

Ludhiana, February 16, 2023: Upkar Singh Ahuja, President, Chamber of Industrial Undertaking (CICU) said that CICU HR Core Committee is working to upgrade the Culture of HR Industry. An interactive Session on Interactive Session on Emotional Intelligence 2.0 for Human Resources & Sales Professionals and more than 45 Professionals from different industries attended the session.

This interactive session was conducted by Kashish Vyas, Emotional Wellness and Systemic Coach (Founder -SAMANVAY -Connect - Heal - Grow), Ludhiana. Vyas is professionally trained and certified under IPHM, UK. He explores the mental + emotional triggers of individuals/groups from a holistic lens during the session and provides tips on guided meditations, guided imagery, conscious-somatic breathwork oracle readings & angel healing with practical experience by participants.
