Ludhiana, September 30, 2025: The Executive Committee of the Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings (CICU) convened recently to review and approve the annual balance sheet as of March 31, 2025. The committee members unanimously approved the financial statements and expressed standing ovation to all office bearers, with special appreciation for President Upkar Singh Ahuja for his tireless efforts and visionary leadership.
The balance sheet reflects a remarkable growth trajectory for the chamber:
· Profit for the year ended 31.3.2025 increased by 177% compared to the previous year.
· Sales for the year ended 31.3.2025 grew by 41% compared to last year.
President Upkar Singh Ahuja credited this achievement to the dedicated CICU team and the chamber’s trustworthy members, many of whom have consistently supported the organization for decades. He emphasized that such financial success is a reflection not just of sound management but also of the chamber’s unwavering commitment to its members and the region’s industrial growth.
“CICU’s journey has always been rooted in promoting the growth of MSMEs in our region. We strive to work collaboratively with every level of government and build trust towards nation-building while supporting our members’ growth,” said Ahuja.
