Ludhiana, January 28, 2026: A senior delegation of the Chamber of Industrial & Commercial Undertakings (CICU) paid a courtesy visit to Additional Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, Rupinder Singh, to warmly welcome him on assuming his new responsibilities and to extend best wishes for a successful tenure.
The delegation was led by CICU President Upkar Singh Ahuja and included Vice-President Gautam Malhotra, Finance Secretary Ajay Bharti, and Vice-President Kanish Kaura.
During the meeting, the CICU leadership discussed various issues of importance to the industrial and business community, including industrial security, law and order, traffic management around industrial areas, and strengthening coordination between the police administration and industry bodies. The delegation emphasized the need for continued cooperation to ensure a safe, secure, and business-friendly environment in Ludhiana, which is a major industrial hub of Punjab.
Upkar Singh Ahuja highlighted the role of constructive dialogue between industry associations and law enforcement agencies in promoting industrial growth and investor confidence. He assured the Additional Commissioner of Police of CICU’s full support and cooperation in initiatives aimed at enhancing safety and compliance across industrial areas.
Rupinder Singh Ji appreciated the gesture and interaction with the CICU delegation.
