CICU delegation meets PSPCL chief engineer

Ludhiana: A delegation of Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Undertakings (CICU), Ludhiana met Varinderpal Singh Saini, Chief Engineer, PSPCL, Ludhiana.
Saini had taken over here as chief engineers recently.
The delegation was comprised of Upkar Singh Ahuja, President, Pankaj Sharma, General Secretary, Honey Sethi, Organizing Secretary and Gautam Malhotra, Vice President. 
The delegates gave a warm welcome to Saini.
They also discussed the issues related to the Industry like Capping of Power Tariffs for Industry & Simplification of obtaining Power Connection, Proper Staff in Focal Point Division, Relaxation in Fixed/ Demand charges and Electricity Duty in the Electricity Bills, Waive of fix charges on Power, Waive of Interest on ACD, 50% rebate on night tariff and provide electricity at Rs. 5 per unit as promised.
Saini thanked the delegation for the welcome and assured that he will take up the matter with higher authority and try to resolve the issues being faced by the industry.
