Chief Minister Mann's foreign tour will generate thousands of jobs in Punjab: Neena Mehta
Previous Chief Ministers indulged in luxury, but Mann is serious about the future of the youth
Ludhiana, December 11,2025: Neena Mehta, president of Youth for Public Rights and a leader of the Aam Aadmi Party, said during a meeting held in the local Civil Lines that the agreements signed with major foreign companies during Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann's foreign tour are a historic milestone for the bright future of Punjab's youth. She said that the Chief Ministers in previous governments used to go on foreign tours for their own and their families' enjoyment, buying expensive gifts and indulging in luxury, but they never formulated any concrete policy for the future of Punjab's youth. However, today the people of Punjab are proud.
Neena Mehta said that foreign companies have agreed to invest thousands of crores of rupees in Punjab, considering Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann's four-year term. This will make Mohali a major industrial and technology hub in North India in the coming days, and this investment will create better employment opportunities for thousands of young people. She said that in the 2022 elections, as the party president, Chief Minister Mann had promised the people of the state that the youth of Punjab would not have to go thousands of miles away from their families in search of jobs. He had promised that the government would provide them with better employment opportunities right here.
Today, the Aam Aadmi Party government in Punjab has fulfilled its promise by attracting foreign companies to invest in the state. Neena Mehta said that in the history of Punjab, no Chief Minister has worked selflessly for the benefit of the state's youth and people, but Chief Minister Mann has set a new record.
Also present on the occasion were Pinky, Shine Rana, Indu Verma, Kavita Ghai, Pooja Palta, Ripsi, Alisha, Veena, Karamjit, Sonia Bhalla, Kanika, and others.
