Chandigarh, December 22, 2025: On the third day of the Chandigarh Youth Football League for State Championship, Saffron Arrows FC registered the biggest win in the Under-15 Boys category. The team defeated Uttarakhand FC 13-3 in a one-sided match. In this match, Tanush and Harman gave outstanding performances, scoring 5 goals each. Tanush scored in the 3rd, 9th, 10th, 12th, and 13th minutes, while Harman scored in the 25th, 26th, 34th, 36th, and 47th minutes, breaking the back of the opposing team. Riyaz scored two goals and Kalash scored one. For Uttarakhand FC, Anant, Anmol, and Amit scored one goal each.
In another Under-15 match, Sandhu FC defeated Himalayan FC 7-1. Aarav Thapa scored a hat-trick in the 15th, 27th, and 35th minutes, while Ambar scored two goals. Daksh and Prince scored one goal each. Akshay scored the only goal for Himalayan FC.
Banyan Tree FC defeated Vivek FC 2-1. Ahem Gill and Karanbir scored for the winning team, while Hardit scored for Vivek FC. St. Stephen's FC defeated Velocity FC 2-1, with Angad scoring both goals. Ayush scored one goal for Velocity.
In the Under-13 matches, Tribune FC defeated Blue Star FC 1-0. Harshit scored the only goal of the match. Saffron Arrows FC defeated Vertex FC 3-0, with Harnoor scoring two goals and Aniket adding one.
Sandhu FC registered their third consecutive win, beating 3BRD FC 7-5. Bidyaraj scored four goals, while Divyug added two and Santosh one. For the opposing team, Ayushman scored four goals and Gurtejas one.
In other matches, St. John's FC defeated Himalayan FC 3-0. Tapish scored two goals and Prince one. The match between Banyan Tree FC and Sai Baba FC ended in a 0-0 draw. The match between Royal Greater FC and Vivek FC also ended in a 1-1 draw. Rajeshwar FC defeated St. Stephen's FC 1-0, with Akshit Negi scoring the decisive goal. Meanwhile, Burail FC defeated United FC 4-1.
