Chandigarh Group of Colleges Jhanjeri celebrates Placement Day

Mohali, February 23, 2023: Chandigarh group of Colleges, Jhanjeri celebrated Placement Day at its campus. Students of B.Tech (CSE, ECE, Mechanical & Civil), MBA, BBA, BCA, B.Com, Fashion Technology & Agriculture got job offers in leading companies of India much before they are going to pass out in July 2023. Students have been placed in Cognizant, Wipro  ,Capgemini ,IBM ,Z S Associates, Cubastion Consulting, Mindtree Ltd., Pinnacle Consultancy, Dasnac Group, Ceasefire Industries, IDFC , First Bank, Tommy Hilfiger, Jaro Education, Hinduja Leyland Finance, DCB Bank, Tech Mahindra, Virtusa, SUFI, Mu-Sigma, Value Labs, Innovacer Management, Grazitti Interactive, Birla Soft, United Health group, NIIT Technologies, Zensar etc .

In terms of annual salary Amazon offered Anmol bhatheja 45.50 LPA, Mu Sigma offered Megha Kwatra at a package of Rs. 40.09 Lakh per annum & Amazon offered Ankit Arora a package is  31.77 lakh per annum. Nutanix offered Madhav Anand an annual 29 LPA.  Rahesh Kumar is offered 20 LPA by Alphagrep Securites.  All selected Students will be joining as regular employee’s wef July 2023 after the final exams.

Congratulating all the students, Rashpal Singh Dhaliwal, President CGC said that the placement of students is close to the hearts of the management. He further added that 800 plus companies have already conducted their placement drives in our campus making a total of 8500 plus offers with highest package of Rs.45.50 LPA. While highest stipend is one Lakh per Month.

Arash Dhaliwal, MD, CGC Jhanjeri said that in order to achieve high success rate in the interviews of these companies, the college arranges a complete pre-placement training for its students .In this training, the students are imparted skills to crack Aptitude Tests consisting of Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Analysis & Communication Skills.
