Executive Chef Asif Iqbal and Food and Beverage Manager Sumit Sharma said buffet has a mixture of starters, soups, salads, main course and desserts. They said that they have prepared the rotational menu for the food festival. For starters, you can choose from Brain curry aur kulcham Soya Champ, Keema Pao, Nutri Kulcha, Anda bhurji Aur Pao, Paobhaji masala, Machhi Amritsari, Achari Murgh tikkam Masaledar chatpati paneer, Bhatti da kumbh, Tandoori Bhutta, Bakre de sheek, Lehsooni Murgh malai tikka, Punjab de paneer tikka, Bharwan tandoori Aloo, MoghewaliKukkad, Bakre de boti, Chatakdar Paneer, and Achari Khumb.
The special live counter for Chaat serves Dahi bhalla, Samosa chat, Aloo Papdi chat, Kachaudi chat, Kheere ka raita, Bhurrani raita and Plain curd.
Chefs Pradeep Shahi and Mumtaz Ansari said, “the main course has been named as Khana Khazana serving Rarah Gosht, Methi Malai Machhli, Saag the Murgh, Paneer Makhan wala, Amritsari Aloo badi, Khumb do pyaza, Dal Makhni, Amritsari Chhole, Jeera aur bhuna onion ka pulao, Kumbh aur jeere da pulao, Amritsari Kulcha, Kalaunji naan , Butter/Plain naan, Pankhudi naan , Missi roti, Lachha prataha, Tandoori Roti, Meat Belli ram, Amritsari Machhi curry, Murgh Shahi Patiala, Paneer Saag wala, Baingan da bharta, Kadhai Subz, Pindi chana, Dal Dhaba, Jeera rice and Makai Anardana pulao”
In the main course dishes including Gosht Saag wala, Makkhan Fish Curry, Murgh Methi Masala, Paneer Tikka butter masala, Baingan da bharta, Soya champ masala, Amritsari Choley, Dal Dhaba, Ajwaini rice, Bhune pyaz ka pulao, Amritsari Kulcha and Kalaunjinaan.
