CGC Landran to set-up atal community innovation centre 

Chandigarh: With the motive to channelise the creative instincts of the students and researchers, and provide them with opportunities to innovate, ideate and design impactful solutions for the unserved areas of the nation, CGC, Landran is setting up the Atal Community Innovation Centre (ACIC), a new initiative under Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), at the campus and the approval for its establishment has also been received by NITI Aayog. This marks a new milestone in the journey of CGC, Landran. 

The commencement of this centre will encourage the spirit of innovation among the individuals through solution-driven design thinking that can serve the society. Our students and researchers will get a platform to ideate programs for community outreach with the help of evolving technologies. Not only this, it will also facilitate us to take forward the government’s vision of promoting the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship in India.
