Centra Greens is now complete; Ludhiana gets its first modern integrated residential complex

Ludhiana, April 13, 2019: Centra Greens, situated on Pakhowal Road, has commenced the handover of apartments. The final completion certificate was awarded to Centra Greens last week and customers will now begin moving in to the 9 acre group housing development. The occasion was officially marked by Aruna Abhey Oswal, (Chairperson - Abhey Oswal Group) handing over the offer letters to first 10 customers, followed by Mata Ki Chowki and dinner at Centra Greens, later in the evening. The celebrations at Centra Greens were attended by several home owners and many other dignitaries of Ludhiana. The event also witnessed donation of a school bus by Centra Greens in association with developers Arr Ess Industries and Aruna Abhey Oswal Trust to Shree Balaji Prem Ashram and Nikhil Vidyalya. The guests at Centra Celebration appreciated the way the development has shaped up. A total 538 flats had been built. Of them 75 per cent units had already been sold out. Replying to a question, it was told that there was no impact of demonetization on the project. It was briefed to the media persons that the company had a significant land bank at various locations including in Ludhiana, Gurgaon, Delhi and Mumbai. The company’s two more real estate projects, one each opposite PAU and Mall Road, were in pipeline in Ludhiana. These projects would come up one after another. It was further briefed that the company’s focus was on real estate sector now.
