CDK Global Convergence 2021: Celebrating success and togetherness

Hyderabad: CDK Global India – CDK Global, a leading global provider of integrated information technology solutions, appreciated the contributions made by its employees during the pandemic in its 6th rendition of CDK Global Convergence 2021, the annual Family Day event. This year, it was also the first virtual Convergence with a unique theme of ‘The House Family Party’ which was also extended to the recent CDK Alumni alongwith the current employees and their families to cherish the team’s success and celebrate together. The event was streamed on an innovative technology platform with a beautiful virtual stage that delivered a unique experience to the audience spread across various cities in India. The online event platform had Games Castle, Dr. FunStorm, Live Magic and Astro Speak along with CDK Stalls playing throwback videos, hall of fame high-achievers, talent showcases and highlighted the organization’s commitment towards community and their strong focus on Inclusion & Diversity. The Main Stage performances were hosted by in a creative format as the Chitramma’s Show with My Friend Ganesha mimicking famous Bollywood artists alongwith a ‘Paanch ka Punch’, a live audience interaction poll which added to the fun quotient. Our special kids from CSR partners Snehalaya and Cherish Foundations in Pune and Hyderabad respectively were also an integral part of the show and displayed their amazing talents.
 
The virtual stage event started with a family montage video, the video showcased the enthusiasm and creativity to beat the new normal and keep the spirit of togetherness intact. The CDK Global family grooved to the performances by kids, employees and their family members on the groovy beat of hit songs like; Shape of you, Husna hai Suhana, Galla Godiyan, ZNMD Fame Senorita as well as laughed and enjoyed the skit performances like Basanti Returns and the live DJ to wind up in style. ‘CDK Unplugged’ which is an in-house band from CDK Global (India) also performed on the public demand alongwith showstopper leaders performances that made the event more alluring than ever. To complete the family house party experience, the company also delivered an exclusive gift alongwith providing food coupons to the employee’s residences to enable them make the most of the Saturday evening fun together.

During the event, the employees were recognized for their efforts and contributions by presenting awards including Dronacharya, You Make a Difference, SPARK and Silent STAR.  CDK Global Convergence 2021 is a special event as the year 2020 was filled with unique challenges as well as opportunities to innovate in the new normal and much more.
