CCD Is Not Just a Slogan, It Is Bhartiya Rashtrawadi Party’s Mission: Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal Bhukhri Kalan

Ludhiana, October 29, 2026: National Vice President of the Bhartiya Rashtrawadi Party (BRP) and Punjab Pradesh State In-Charge, Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal Bhukhri Kalan, shared a strong message on his social media account X, calling for a corruption-free, crime-free and drug-free Punjab, along with strict action against human trafficking, drug trafficking and road traffic violations.
Grewal said that CCD represents the party’s firm commitment to building a safer, cleaner, stronger and more accountable India. CCD stands for Campaign Against Corruption, Crime and Drugs, reflecting the party’s determination to confront these major challenges while also addressing three dangerous threats to society: human trafficking, drug trafficking and road traffic violations.
Grewal said that CCD is not merely a slogan or a political declaration but a mission rooted in honesty, humanity, justice, public safety and the protection of every citizen. He stated that the Bhartiya Rashtrawadi Party believes the people of India deserve transparent governance, equal justice, safer communities and a future in which young people can pursue their dreams without being destroyed by drugs, criminal networks, corruption or exploitation.
He said that corruption weakens public institutions, crime destroys families and communities, while drug abuse threatens the health, dignity and future of the younger generation. Human trafficking is a grave violation of human dignity, drug trafficking threatens the social fabric of our nation and reckless behaviour on roads endangers innocent lives. These challenges demand public awareness, effective enforcement of the law, accountable administration and sustained action rather than empty promises.
Grewal stated that the BRP will continue to raise its voice firmly, fearlessly and responsibly against corruption, criminal activities, drug networks, human exploitation and violations of road safety laws. He stressed that no individual should be above the law, every credible allegation must be investigated fairly, every offender must face lawful consequences based on evidence and every victim must receive justice, dignity and protection.
He further said that the fight against drugs must become a collective national responsibility. Parents, teachers, social organisations, community leaders, law enforcement agencies and governments must work together to protect young people, strengthen prevention and rehabilitation programmes and dismantle drug-trafficking networks through lawful, coordinated and accountable action. He added that the youth of Punjab deserve employment, education, opportunities, respect and hope, not addiction, violence and despair.
Grewal stated that road safety must also receive the seriousness it deserves. Every life lost in a preventable road accident leaves a family facing immense pain. Strict enforcement of traffic laws, responsible driving, public awareness, safer roads and timely emergency assistance are essential to protect innocent citizens and prevent avoidable tragedies.
He said that the BRP’s vision is built on the fundamental values of truth, integrity, compassion, discipline and public service. The party stands for governance that listens to ordinary people, acts against wrongdoing without discrimination and treats public responsibility as a duty rather than a privilege. He emphasised that the fight against corruption, crime and drugs must not be selective, politically motivated or limited to speeches. It must be reflected in genuine action, measurable results and accountability.
Addressing the people of Punjab, Grewal made a heartfelt appeal for unity and collective responsibility. He said that political differences must never become an obstacle to protecting children, saving young lives, defending vulnerable people and securing a better future for coming generations.
Grewal said, “Our mission is clear: a corruption-free, crime-free and drug-free Punjab, safer roads and a stronger India where every human life is valued and every citizen can live with dignity, security and hope. We will not remain silent in the face of injustice. We will raise our voice for the innocent, stand firmly with victims and demand strict lawful action against those who exploit society for personal gain. Our commitment is to the people, our strength is truth and our purpose is public service.”
Grewal appealed to every responsible citizen to join hands with the Bhartiya Rashtrawadi Party in advancing the CCD mission. He said that lasting change requires honesty in public life, courage against wrongdoing, compassion for victims and an unwavering commitment to the rule of law.
Reaffirming the BRP party’s commitment, Grewal said that the CCD mission also demands determined action against three dangerous challenges: human trafficking, drug trafficking and road traffic violations. He called upon citizens from all walks of life to unite in protecting society, safeguarding the younger generation and building a future founded on justice, accountability and public welfare.
He appealed to the people to stand together for the BRP’s vision of a safer, cleaner and stronger India, beginning with a corruption-free, crime-free and drug-free Punjab.
