New Delhi/Jalandhar, October 15, 2013: The Central Bureau of Investigation has arrested, Manoj Gupta a Regional Manager, Kendriya Bhandar, Mumbai for demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs.2,550 from the Complainant.
A case was registered against a Regional Manager, Kendriya Bhandar, Antop Hill, Mumbai for demanding bribe of Rs.2,550 from a complainant.
CBI laid a trap and the accused was caught red handed while demanding and accepting the bribe of Rs.2,550 from the Complainant. Searches were conducted at the premises of accused which yielded a recovery of cash of Rs.18 lakhs.
The arrested accused was produced today before the Special Judge, Mumbai and was remanded to police custody till October 18. www.cityairnews.com
