A workshop for Hotel Management and Catering Technology students being organised by Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions at Jalandhar.

Jalandhar, March 28, 2015: Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions organised carving workshop for Hotel Management and Catering Technology students in their Restaurant of Hotel Management department in Loharan Campus .The main emphasis of this workshop is to make students aware of various skills of carving of fruits and vegetables in hotels. Hotel industry nowadays has become more innovative industry. In order to make students ready for this industry it needs lot of skills for making fruits and salads with a unique blend of its preparations on various events and occasions.

This workshop was presented by Rahul Rawat (Executive Chef) and Ram Krishan (Chef Garde Manager) forms Hotel Radisson. The main features of this workshop was to introduce about this industry and they teach students about the carvings of fruits include watermelon, pineapple, cherry and vegetables include tomato, carrot, turnip and radish and enlighten about the skills of carving which is required in hotel industry.

Dr Anup Bowry Secretary Bowry Educational and Medical Trust welcomed the guest from the Hotel and also thanked Principal Hotel Management Deepak Paul for the event. All the faculty members from Hotel Management were presented at the occasion.
