Ludhiana, May 11, 2026: The PG Department of Commerce of Ramgarhia Girls College organized an interactive career guidance session in collaboration with representatives of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India at the college campus. The session aimed to create awareness among students regarding professional opportunities in the field of commerce and finance. The students distinguished gathering was graced by the Vice President and members of the ICAI team, including C.A. Dinesh Sharma, C.A. Rakesh Grover, C.A. Jaspreet Kaur and C.A. Mohit Wasan. Prof. Kanchan Mahendru, Head of the Department, accorded a heartfelt welcome to the distinguished guests. 
During the session, the ICAI representatives interacted enthusiastically with the students and shed light on the growing career prospects in Chartered Accountancy, finance, taxation, auditing, and corporate management. They encouraged students to pursue professional courses alongside their academic studies and emphasized the importance of practical knowledge and industry exposure in today’s competitive world. A major highlight of the visit was the discussion regarding internship and career-oriented programs proposed through the ICAI for the students of the college. These initiatives aim to provide students with valuable professional guidance, hands-on training, and industry exposure, thereby preparing them for successful future careers.
