Ludhiana, February 15, 2022: DCM Presidency school is organizing a 4 day Career Fest for the students of Class X from February 14 to February 18, with the aim of measuring individual students’ mental capabilities and behavioral style. The students will be assessed on three major parameters of career planning such as interest areas, aptitude and personality traits. The main aim is to guide the students of various streams, about the various career options available. The students are also informed about ample career options available for various streams.
In addition to the Career Fest, is the psychometric aptitude test. The test is a unique combination of skill and ability, testing the latest parameters to assess the Personality, Aptitude and Career Interest of the students. The object is to identify the right stream, course and career selection in accordance with their personality and abilities.
The career counselling program allowed the parents to satisfactorily take a decision about the ideal career path for their children. The parents desired that the school must continue taking such initiatives as it may help the students not to deviate under the influence of trends and friends and choose the right path for them.
Principal Ms.Rajni Kalra said that such career counseling programs help students to choose the correct stream and career option.
