Car smacked into wall; two die

Ferozepur, December 26, 2013: Two persons died last night while driving an Indigo car at the village Kasu Begu.
As per the available information, Sonu and Shivam, both residents of Faridkot, were coming to Ferozepur last night when their car went out of control and smacked into the wall of a local resident’s house.
According to the eyewitnesses, the impact of clash was so enormous; that the car ran into the courtyard of the house, damaging the wall. When the police later checked the car, its speedometer was stuck at 140 before stopping. One person died on the spot and the other breathed his last in the Civil Hospital, Faridkot.
The bodies of the deceased were handed over to their family members after the post mortem.
