Chandigarh, January 13, 2017: Punjab Congress President Captain Amarinder Singh has condoled the death of former Congress MLA Ram Lubhaya.
In his condolence message, Captain Amarinder Singh expressed grief over the death of Lubhaya and conveyed his heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved family.
The PPCC President recalled Lubhaya's contribution to the Congress, saying he will be missed by the party and his family, including wife, former Union Minister of State Santosh Chwodhary. "May God give bereaved family the strength to bear this pain," Captain Amarinder Singh said.
Ram Lubhaya breathed his last on Friday at AIIMS, New Delhi.
